Coaching Plans

All coaching plans are customized for you!

All coaching plans have a three month minimum commitment because progress takes time and consistency!

All three plans below include:

  • An initial fitness assessment

  • An individualized, custom training plan

Basic

  • Custom training plan - I will map out your whole training cycle and send an overview so you can prepare

  • Initial set up from email questionnaire

  • Custom weekly training plan - I will send you a detailed version of your overview plan and it will include paces for workouts and lots of details for each run

  • Limited text communication for feedback and questions

  • Twice monthly adjustments to the training plan

  • Race prep and strategy is separate for this plan: add on is $50. Discuss nutrition, pacing and pep talk!

Standard

  • Custom training plan - I will map out your whole training cycle and send an overview so you can prepare

  • Initial set up and onboarding phone call to discuss goal setting

  • Custom weekly training plan - I will send you a detailed version of your overview plan and it will include paces for workouts and lots of details for each run

  • Unlimited text and email communication

  • Unlimited adjustments to training plan if needed

  • One 15 minute monthly 1:1 call to dive deeper into running questions and topics

  • Race day prep

  • 1 pre-race phone call

  • 1 post-race recap phone call

Premium

  • Custom training plan - I will map out your whole training cycle and send an overview so you can prepare

  • Initial set up and onboarding phone call to discuss goal setting

  • Custom weekly training plan - I will send you a detailed version of your overview plan and it will include paces for workouts and lots of details for each run!

  • Help with programming workouts into a Garmin

  • Unlimited text and email communication

  • Unlimited adjustments to training plan if needed

  • Two 15 minute monthly 1:1 calls to dive deeper into running questions and topics

  • Race day prep

  • 1 pre-race phone call

  • 1 post-race recap phone call

  • Strength workouts/exercises included
