What is run coaching?

It is hiring someone who is an expert in the field of running to make a detailed, individualized running plan for you, and then working with you through the training cycle to make changes and help!

My elevator pitch…

Whether you are just beginning your running journey (and a 5K seems daunting) or you are trying to get that BQ (Boston Qualifer) or you want to break 3 hours in the marathon - I can take away the stress of knowing when and how to train. I can help you become a more efficient runner and give each run a purpose! We are all busy people and we run because we LOVE it … you focus on the love of running and let me focus on your plan!

Why am I qualified?

I have been in the running world for 20+ years and I have been a personal trainer for 8+ years and an UESCA running coach for about a year! Thus, I know and understand how the body works and I know and understand running!
